WHY does buying a house have to be so freakin’ HARD!
The one we’re renting now is just waaaaaayyyyyyyyyy to small for us, but we took it to save money. HAHA that’s a laugh! We don’t know HOW to save money! Well we do, but something always comes up! Normal bullshit. A house with acres & water sources is a good deal. That way we have something for the kids when they’re older & ready to build a house. We reeeeeeeeeeally want this house. Coming from another country you are at a disadvantage cause you have no credit history whatsoever, so you have to build it. Coming from a divorce is a disadvantage cause you usually get FUCKED one way or another & end up with crap on your credit that shouldn’t even freakin’ BE THERE! That’s being fixed, but it’s slow in either case. 19 acres, two ponds, a creek running thru it, three bedroom, 2 bath cedar house, with a metal roof to slide the snow off. It’s PERFECT! We can add onto it & fix it up as needed. Now we just have to find a mortgage. *insertbighugesighhere* Now THAT is a pain in the ass!
